Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for the Heritage at Sliding Rock, a 60 unit Senior Affordable Housing project in Greenville, South Carolina on the site of an old play area known as the Sliding Rock. The Heritage features one and two bedroom units in a three-story conditioned corridor building type as well as two bedroom units in detached duplex buildings. Also featured is an attached clubhouse area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, outdoor deck, and a laundry area. Interior individual storage units are also provided as an amenity. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits and was a 2018 Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum South Carolina Housing Achievement award winner.
