Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for the Villas at Fallen Spruce, a 55 unit Senior Affordable Housing project in Asheville, North Carolina. The Manor at West Village features one and two bedroom units in a three-story conditioned corridor building type. Also featured is an attached clubhouse and amenity area that includes a large outdoor deck with mountain views, computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, and a laundry area. On site amenities include a gazebo with mountain views, and individual garden plots. Interior furnished gathering areas are located throughout. The project is funded with NCHFAtax credits.
