Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for Brookside Gardens, a 55 unit Senior Affordable Housing project in Greenville, South Carolina. Brookside Gardens features one and two bedroom units in a three-story conditioned corridor building type. Also featured is an attached clubhouse area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, outdoor deck, and a laundry area. Interior furnished gathering areas are located throughout. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits and was a 2012 Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum South Carolina Housing Achievement award winner.
