Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for Monarch 301, a 180 unit, 546 bed student housing property in Statesboro, Georgia. Monarch 301 features two and four bedroom units with bed/ bath parity in four-story wood frame buildings. Also featured is an attached two-level clubhouse including a leasing office, gaming and gathering area, tanning rooms, computer rooms, and an internet café. On site amenities include a resort-style pool with hammock areas, outdoor grills, stage area, and volleyball courts as well as an outdoor gaming area ‘under’ the residential units.
