Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for Milstead Woods, a 40 unit Family Affordable Housing project in Taylorsville, North Carolina. Milstead Woods features direct access one, two and three bedroom units in two-story private entry building types. Also featured is a stand-alone clubhouse area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, and a laundry area. Additional on-site amenities include a gazebo and a playground area. The project is funded withNCHFA tax credits.
