Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for Holly Woods, a 64 unit Family Affordable Housing project in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Holly Woods features direct access one, two and three bedroom units in two-story private entry building types. Also featured is a stand-alone clubhouse area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, and a laundry area. Additional on-site amenities include a gazebo and a playground area. The projectis funded with NCHFA tax credits and was a 2016 USDA Rural Development Community Award Winner.
