Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for the Villas at Oakbrook, a 42 unit Senior Affordable Housing project in Summerville, South Carolina. The Villas at Oakbrook features one and two bedroom units in a three-story conditioned corridor building type. Also featured is an attached clubhouse and amenity area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, and a laundry area. Interior individual storage areas are located throughout. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits.
