Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for Marsh Pointe, a 48 unit Family Affordable Housing project in Port Royal, South Carolina. Marsh Pointe features direct access two and three bedroom units in two-story private entry building types. Also featured is a stand-alone clubhouse area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, and a laundry area. Additional on-site amenities include a gazebo and a playground area. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits.
