Progress Design Studio provided architectural and land planning for Madison Crossing, a 32 unit Market Rate apartment community in Chesterfield, Virginia. The project features one, two, and three bedroom units in three and four story breezeway buildings with private entry units on the first floor. Also featured is a stand-alone clubhouse and amenity area that includes a pool, yoga area, exercise facilities, and a dog park on the grounds.
