Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for Hampton Inn and Suites, a 127 unit oceanfront hotel project at the Cherry Grove Pier in Cherry Grove, South Carolina. The Hampton Inn and Suites features double queen, king, studio suite, and one-bedroom suite units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The project is 5 levels of wood frame on a podium over surface parking and amenity areas below. Features include an oversized oceanfront breakfast area, meeting rooms and office space, fitness center, an outdoor pool with deck and jacuzzi as well as a rooftop bar overlooking the Ocean.
