Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for Guardian Angel Villa, an 81 unit Senior Affordable Housing project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Guardian Angel Villa features one and two bedroom units in a three-story conditioned corridor building type. Also featured is an attached clubhouse and amenity area that includes a large outdoor deck, computer center, package receiving area, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, and a laundry area on each floor. Exterior on-site amenities include a gazebo, walking trail, and individual garden plots. Interior furnished gathering areas are located throughout. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits.
