Progress Design Studio provided architectural services for Rock Pointe Phase I, a 48 unit Family Affordable Housing project as well as Rock Pointe Phase II, a 40 unit Family Affordable Housing project in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The project features direct access two and three bedroom units in two-story private entry building types. Also featured is a stand-alone clubhouse area in each phase that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, and a laundry area. Additional on-site amenities include a gazebo and a playground area. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits and is consistently praised by the City of Rock Hill as an excellent example of affordable housing.
